Birth of Henry F. Hall, SGW Student Counsellor, the first in Canada (1926-35), long time teacher, Dean (1935-57), Principal (1957-62), and Principal Emeritus, after whom the Hall Building is named.

Henry F. Hall is appointed Student Counsellor of Sir George Williams College, a position which did not exist in any other college in the Province of Quebec at that time.
